South African Jacques Kruyswijk fought off the challenge of England's John Parry to claim his first DP World Tour title at the 2025 Magical Kenya Open.

The championship marked a historic milestone for junior golf on the continent, bringing together top young golfers from Region IV countries under the Africa Golf Confederation (UGC) umbrella.

The hosts, Mauritius, are joined by Reunion, Madagascar, Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda at the championship. Each team shall consist of four players (2 boys and 2 girls).
